Our founder, Mandy McGowan, spent many years in the accounting industry working with small businesses on their bookkeeping and tax needs, which allows our team to prepare your books in a way that your tax accountant will be able to work with allowing them to complete your taxes fast and easy. They will thank you for this, trust us!
This experience also allows our team to see your business from an entrepreneur lens and a tax lens, allowing us to assist you in ensuring you are taking advantage of all the deductions and laws that may be available to you.
When you hire us for your bookkeeping needs, we strive to ensure you are provided with timely and accurate information that helps you make the important business decisions you are faced with regularly.
Based on the level of service you are pursuing, we can take all of your bookkeeping and financial tasks off your to-do list, or we can support you and only manage distinct items. We meet you where you are and fill in the gaps.
There are many options available for bookkeeping software and services, so to ensure we are a good fit for your needs, we want to ensure you understand how and who we work best with.
Our team only works in Quickbooks Online. We know there are many other software's out there one can use for bookkeeping. However, we do not.
Our team is capable of processing bill payments, invoicing your clients, and being full-service bookkeepers, but we will always ask you to be involved. We schedule quarterly calls with all of our clients to ensure they know what is going on with their numbers and educate you on what the numbers mean.
Our team only works remotely and will not come to your place of business to perform our services at any time.
Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable with us. We want to ensure you are able to talk to us openly and honestly about your business, your finances, and your level of understanding. When we know where you are, we can help you grow not only your profits but your knowledge as well.
